Steven Vasquez is an Associate Attorney with a deep-rooted commitment to serving his community. Growing up in Hutto, Texas, he developed a profound appreciation for the Austin area’s vibrant culture and close-knit spirit—values that continue to inspire his practice and dedication to his clients. Steven has a keen interest in guiding business owners and real estate operators and companies through both transactional matters and litigation.

Steven earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law, following his graduation from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. After being admitted to the State Bar of Texas, he began his legal career in the DFW area, where he honed his skills helping businesses navigate complex legal challenges. He and his wife later decided to return to their roots in Central Texas, where Steven joined Warren Kalyan Mattocks. At the firm, he continues to expand his expertise in business law and remains committed to providing each client with thorough, personalized service.

Outside of the office, Steven and his wife are proud “paw-rents” to two energetic huskies, Koda and Kaya. A passionate sports enthusiast, Steven is a dedicated fan of the Texas Longhorns, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars and Texas Rangers. Whether cheering from the stands or watching from home, his Texas pride runs deep—just like his commitment to his community and clients.
