Sean Miller is an Associate Attorney with Warren Kalyan Mattocks. Born and raised in El Paso, surrounded by the stunning sunsets and rugged beauty of the Southwest, Sean earned a degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and worked as both a petroleum and software engineer before pursuing a legal career.

Drawing on his strong technical background, Sean has developed a special interest in intellectual property matters, including patent litigation, and has a deep passion for assisting business owners as they grow, scale, and protect their interests. He is a dedicated advocate for his clients’ needs, honing his advocacy skills as a national finalist in the Gibbons and Lefkowitz moot court competitions. During law school, he gained substantial litigation experience through work with law firms, a Federal Courthouse, and an externship at Pioneer Natural Resources.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys the outdoors, spending time with their cats and dancing to live music.
