Sannika Reddy is Counsel at Warren Kalyan Mattocks.

In her formative years, she experienced firsthand the role that tenacity and creativity play in small business management. As a college student, she stumbled into the legal profession and immersed herself in corporate law.

Sannika has experience across general corporate law, cross-border transactions and civil litigation. She works in mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions and deal structuring. She has also advised businesses in the hospitality and real estate sectors and brings valuable insight from her time working in small businesses. Sannika also advises on risk mitigation frameworks under various industry-specific regulations and licensing matters.

Having studied, lived, and worked in both Texas and Hyderabad, India, Sannika brings a unique cross-cultural perspective to her practice. Her experience across two dynamic legal and business environments enables her to navigate complex matters with nuance, adaptability, and cultural fluency.

Outside of work, she’s happiest experimenting in the kitchen or taste-testing global culinary delights.
