Hari Nathan Kalyan is a Partner with Warren Kalyan Mattocks. Hari is a highly experienced business attorney and general counsel with a track record of successfully delivering strategic, innovative and cost-effective legal solutions. Hari's practice focuses on serving clients in many different industries, including the hospitality and multifamily real estate industries as well as supplier-partners and service providers within the wider ecosystems of those industries. Hari's practice also concentrates on the SMB space, advising clients on corporate and transactional matters, M&A, capital raising, litigation and a wide variety of other matters essential to operating and growing their businesses.

Hari is also a recognized leader in the hospitality industry as Co-Founder of Randolph Beer brewpubs and La Volta Pizza and a partner/investor in several other successful hospitality businesses throughout the United States, including Sweatland, Toms Juice, The Flower Shop and Bluestone Lane (where he served as General Counsel for a decade).  Additionally, Hari is a Principal of Wisteria Holdings, an Austin, TX-based SMB holding company with a robust portfolio of businesses in sectors including hospitality, health and wellness and real estate.

Hari is a Member of the NYC Bar Association Hospitality Law Committee, the Texas Restaurant Association (Greater Austin Chapter) and the Texas Association of Business Brokers and acts as counsel to the Austin Apartment Association. Prior to entering private practice, Hari clerked for the Honorable Nelson S. Roman, who currently sits in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Hari is also trained as a Diversity and Inclusion officer, and commits his time to various pro bono and charitable activities (including volunteering as an attorney with Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas and the NYC Housing Court).
